*Official What We Could Have Done To Win Thread

we could have utilized SJAX especially on that last drive when Bradford threw that Int in the redzone killing game winning drive.

We could have a head coach that had a clue how to run a two-minute drill with three timeouts.

For the first time, I'm not sure that we have the right coach. Again.

We could have not fumbled on the 1 (Cliff Ryan) and got a TD or even a Safety.

Defense was terrible today. Coaching was also horrible. There were 3 loose balls that could have been intercepted. Also, time management and coaching descisions were obviously painful to us who were watching. You don't let the rookie QB throw 54 attempts in his first NFL game. Also, you should have utilized SJax more in the second half as their defense looks tired.

i beg to differ here. they were on field throughout the second half. that is what happens when your offense can't put together a time consuming drive, your defense gets exhausted.

I was working today and only saw the game in fragments so I may or may not be off base here, but having Bradford throw the ball 50 times in his NFL debut is unacceptable. I think we lost control of the game from a playcall perspective.

As close as this game was the ball bounced their way as much as our way!

Fletcher can't get six off the fumble return and then the FG attempt is blocked - 3 pts. lost - potential 7 pts lost.

We had them stopped on 3rd down yet official makes a bad call on #35 which extends cards series and leads to 3 pts.

And of course the Clifton Ryan return!!

OMG!!! Enough to drive a guy nuts!!

If Brown makes that first field goal the rams could have kicked another one in the last 2 minutes.

run blocking was awful awful, bradford pretty much had to throw all the time. Still interesting play calling.

There is absolutely zero point to this thread WE LOST. Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda doesn't count. We did some great things we did some bad things no point in dwelling on what we could have done.

Isn't dwelling on it and talking among ourselves, as fans, what we think the Rams need to improve upon to win next game the entire purpose of a message board?

Even that one missed touchdown when we got a fumble and almost made it to the endzone(1 yd away) that we should have gotten and then the Cards returned it back to score a touchdown one?

No, that SHOULD have been scored.
