Re: Which offseason question are you most anxious to know the answer to?
QB for me. The sale question is not as pressing to my mind because there's no telling when it might happen. I'll be more interested in the free agency questions once we see what happens with the CBA. If there's no cap, the number of free agents available will drop, and the cost to sign one will probably rise.
The quarterback issue is intriguing because it affects what we're going to be watching on the field for the next few years and possibly much longer. Are we going to have years of quarterback controversies? A dynamic leader who bootlegs and scrambles? A field general who calls his own plays? A game manager who strives for efficiency? A comeback artist?

Re: Which offseason question are you most anxious to know the answer to?
I am most looking forward to the progression of our recent high draft picks. Will Chris Long continue to advance on his impressive second half? Is Jason Smith a future franchise tackle? These, along with the future of the wide receiving corps are what I am most interested to see.

"Before the gates of excellence the high gods have placed sweat; long is the road thereto and rough and steep at first; but when the heights are reached, then there is ease, though grievously hard in the winning." --- Hesiod

Re: Which offseason question are you most anxious to know the answer to?
The salary cap / collective bargaining agreement between the owners and eventually the players. It's the first step and will HAVE to come before March 5th and if that doesn't get settled, several of the rest aren't likely to get settled favorably. Even with regards to buying a team, how do you negotiate and come up with financing when there might not be football in 2011? That's the immediate and most important thing I'm looking for this offseason.

Re: Which offseason question are you most anxious to know the answer to?
We have GOT to break .500 next season. There is no excuse. Aside from having the easiest division in itself, the NFC west has a pretty gravy schedule otherwise, with a couple of exceptions. If we can't break 500 next year, we just need a ton of C4 or a fork or something.

Re: Which offseason question are you most anxious to know the answer to?
I've got news for you.
1. The NFC West is not the easiest division in the league.
2. We're playing the NFC South...which has such teams as the defending World Champions
3. The AFC West has two pretty good teams in addition to Kansas City and Oakland
4. Our fundamental talent deficit and youth is so great that it cannot be corrected in one offseason.
5. We ain't winning more that 6 games next season. Actually, 6 may be beyond this roster.
6. Maybe you should watch baseball.

The thread is about which OFFSEASON question you are anxious to see answered, so a debate about the Rams' schedule or what they will do next season is not on point.
Maybe you should read the thread title.
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

I change my answer to the CBA agreement and weather we will be seeing a live version of "The Replacements" in 2011.

Went with what free agents the Rams will sign, but would love to know the answer to the qb connundrum as well!
I can wait for the draft, it's like Christmas time for me. No need to rush that kind of fun

Re: Which offseason question are you most anxious to know the answer to?
Ownership as of today is paramount for the stability, and the organisation needs to let it be known where its future lies. Good news is the Rams have been purchased, and are staying in St Louis according to reports. Quietly confident this comes true.
Secondly, I will be keeping my eye on the QB situation, with any moves now having a big part in our decisioning, come draft day.
Very interesting off-season this year for me!
