Okay, when to FIRE Marmie & Staff

When will the Rams make the announcement?

The sooner the better for our future. If the Rams don't get going they are going to lose out on any shot at the TOP prospects.

It should be announced immediately after the game. Monday the Rams should be interviewing & hiring someone.
Hopefully, our crack front office has these moves planned out and they are ready to execute.

They have to interview (in person) a minority candidate to satisfy the league and that can't be done via phone either.

There is a small part of me (very small) that wonders if the Rams will hire someone off the wall. Promote Fairchild to HC or something ridiculous.

Monday at 1000. I'm sure of it. It won't happen soon enough for me. It should have happened a month ago.

I agree jkramsfan... Have our players pick the plays. And see what kind of players we have on our D. Smart or what? You know what I mean and I may sound sarcastic but I'm serious on this one.

Unhappy Re: Okay, when to FIRE Marmie & Staff

Ok.Nightmare situation.Marmi is promoted to HC.
    Fairchild remains OC.
    Schottenheimer is promoted to DC.

Shawgmunt Buys the Rams, and then is hospitalized with uncontrolable Giggles.

Georgia will die counting her money, and she'll still be only 1/4 of the way through it using a calculator.

I don't mind that they bought him a plane ticket to Dallas but they should have gave him the one-way ticket. Its like dropping a clueless dog off in the country some where he would never find his way back to St. Louis.

If a Marmie didn't show up to a game, would an opposing offense know?

Re: Okay, when to FIRE Marmie & Staff

Marty Shotenheimer will get Kurt Schotenheimer (our Secondary coach) a job, but unless Marty hires him or has naked pictures of someone with farm animals I don't think he'll be a secondary coach again in the NFL.

Don't ask me how he got the job in the first place, in his previous Stint in Green Bay their Secondary was SO GOD AWFUL. Green Bay's DEF in those years tackled just like the Rams this year. They also gave up a lot of big plays... Yes,, just like us.

I really don't think Vince Lombardi would win with Marmie and the Shotenhimer.
