One Stat Says It All
Rams 4 Wins:
Steven Jackson: 22.8 carries per game
Rams 6 Losses:
Steven Jackson: 17.3 carries per game.

A disparity of 23.1 yards per game, as SJ is averaging 4.2 a carry. My question has Linehan lost his confidence in SJ. I’m not seeing SJ get too many carries on short yardage, does he not trust him on 3rd and short. 23.1 yards would go a long way in short yard situations.

Actually I think if one stat says it all, it's this one...
Win Percentage of First Five Opponents: 0.408
Win Percentage of Last Five Opponents: 0.750

That too. I remember this Offseason when Linehan was hired and Bordeu (sp?) was hired I checked the Jaguar board and they were so happy that that guy had left, and wasn't there anymore. They said that he was absolutely horrible.
Now this year they have Mike Tice and are doing much better on the Offensive Line with I think the same Line.RamsFan16
