    One Stat Says It All

    Rams 4 Wins:

Steven Jackson: 22.8 carries per game

    Rams 6 Losses:

Steven Jackson: 17.3 carries per game.

    Any questions?

A disparity of 23.1 yards per game, as SJ is averaging 4.2 a carry. My question has Linehan lost his confidence in SJ. Iím not seeing SJ get too many carries on short yardage, does he not trust him on 3rd and short. 23.1 yards would go a long way in short yard situations.

I have one; why is it that Paul Boudreau is not being held responsible for the woes on the O line.

I would say that injuries and guys playing out of position might help a bit?

Actually I think if one stat says it all, it's this one...

Win Percentage of First Five Opponents: 0.408
Win Percentage of Last Five Opponents: 0.750

Yet other teams loose O line men and still are able to play at a high level.
Why are there O line (Turner) who the coaching staff have no confidence in still on this team?

Why is it that a certain LG who game after game gets beat still on this team?

That too. I remember this Offseason when Linehan was hired and Bordeu (sp?) was hired I checked the Jaguar board and they were so happy that that guy had left, and wasn't there anymore. They said that he was absolutely horrible.

Now this year they have Mike Tice and are doing much better on the Offensive Line with I think the same Line.
