I love Sam and all, but he's not even close to being compared to any of those guys, let alone being better than them. Maybe this'll finally be the year that he proves he is among the elite QBs...
Sorry Varg6 poorly stated... Compare his fist two seasons to the first two seasons of these elite QB's. If you feel the same thats kool.
I mean maybe Stafford due to injuries, but right now I'd be hard pressed to say Bradfords first two years have been better than any of these guys.
Stafford's rookie season was not good at all. And he had Calvin Johnson then
The answer: Every single one of them!!!
Rodgers, Rivers, Romo........carried a clipboard their 1st two years
Stafford........dang awful the 1st two years
Vick, Brees..........arguments can be made both ways, but I'd say Bradford was better
We got a winner!

I noticed you left out a really "elite" QB like Tom Brady who is way above any conversation involving Michael Vick, Rivers, or Romo. Also, where are last year's rookies Cam Newton or Andy Dalton who both inherited terrible teams also on that list?
Not down on Bradford at all, but this poll is a little silly. You could have also included Elway and Favre on your list too to try and prove the point.
So wait, your point is, is that QBS take a little bit of time to develop into an elite QB, just like how Chris Long was decent his first 2 season and broke out his third? I can't understand your logic at all..
Hub is spot on, look two years in the NFL is not a lot of time, most QB take 3-4 years, before they develop in to solid QB.
I did not use rookies form last year as they have not themselves become what they are going to be as NFL QB's. The Bar for rookie QB's has risen in the last few years due to the play of Cam Newton, Andy Dalton and one Sam Bradford.
As far as Tom Brady goes he did not play his first year thew one pass was learning how to become a QB in the NFL on the bench. Second year did not start from day one, when he did they did win the SB. His numbers where not off the charts. He played in 15 games had around 2800 yards, 17 TD 12 INT. Bradford's numbers are right there if not better.
I'm NOT saying Bradford is an elite QB my hope is like all of us he BECOMES one and if you really look at the QB's that came before him, he like them will have too pay his dues while he's developing into an elite QB. The good news is he on pace, he's right where he needs to be.
I think the criticism that he holds the ball too long at times, has poor pocket presents, needs to improve his deep ball, needs to work on taking something off on some of his passes, needs to extend plays with his feet, needs to be a better leader we things are going bad on game day. I believe he will improve in all these areas over the next two years. The QB we are watching today will not be close to the QB we will have in the future and that is scary.
