    The 2012 Projected starting lineup

    FB: Britt Miller
    WR: Brian Quick
    WR: Chris Givens
    WE: Danny Amendola

    CB: Cortland Finnegan
    CB: Janoris Jenkins

    S: Quintin Mikell

I bolded what I think are improvements from the 2 seasons. Why cant we compete in our division? The Seahawks and Cardinals are still looking for a QB. I think we have the 2nd best defense in our division and the best quarterback. Marshawn Lynch/Frank Gore/Beanie Wells wont be able to pound the ball down our throat anymore and will make the suspect QB's pass the ball on 2 of the best corners in the division.

Jeff Fisher his 2008 titans went 13-3

    QB- Vince Young
    RB- Chris Johnson
    FB- Ahmard Hall
WR- Justin Gage, Mike Williams, Justin McCareins
    TE- Algae Crumpler
    LT- Michael Roos
    LG- Jake Scott
    C- Kevin Mawae
    RG- Eugene Amano
    RT- David Stewart

    DE: Jevon Kearse
    DE: Kyle Vanden Bosch
    DT: Tony Brown
    DT: Albert Haynesworth
    MLB: Stephen Tulloch
    OLB: David Thornton
    OLB: Keith Bulluck
    CB: Cortland Finnegan
    CB: Nick Harper
    SS: Chris Hope
    FS: Michael Griffin

Im not saying we are going to go 13-3 but what Im trying to say is we have a type of roster that can win games with the style Jeff Fisher likes to play. And with our 2 1st round picks in the next 2 years we are going to get to that next level and be able to contend for super bowls really soon.... I cant wait to watch the rams play next year.

That offensive line was way better than the Rams currently have.

    Re: Optimism

yeah I agree... But I dont think our line will be that much of a problem. We have a pro-bowl caliber C in Scott Wells. And I think Paul Boudreau will get Jason Smith to finally play well.

    Re: Optimism

I know I could use some optimism. I'm not inclined to pray much unless it's a desparate circumstance, so I'm praying Boudreau can light a fire under these guys. Thanks, dude of sports for a good post.

The biggest concern on the line for me is depth. I have confidence that our starting unit will play strong together, but if one goes down, it could very well start a domino effect like last year.

    Re: Optimism

I really believe the 2 biggest factors heading into the 2012 season are Jeff Fisher and going back to the West Coast Offense or at least Shotty's variation of it.
