    Orlando...

Hello everyone - longtime reader, rare poster here. Due to recent events I feel that, as a devotee of #76 (See username), I ought to say something.

Orlando is one of the GREATEST lineman ever to play the game, but he didn't have that great of a season last year. Despite my username, I am true to the Rams over Orlando himself. I say, if we can get Houston or someone else to give us some awesome value in a trade (e.g. 2 first rounders), we do it! Decent linemen are not THAT hard to find - example - look at the colts, patriots, eagles etc... alot of those linemen are not big time stars but get the job done very well. If we keep Manumaleuna in on pass pro, we could do fine with the same (almost as) wide open offense.

Perhaps this is just a ploy by OP's agents to get him more money, but if it isn't, even I, a self proclaimed member of the cult of Orlando, say that we trade him!

    Go Rams!

Correct. But I believe the Rams need more than a "decent" lineman on the left side of the line.

I would suggest that while a lot of those lineman aren't big time names, they are in the upper level talent in the league. Not at the same level as guys like Pace or Jones or Ogden, but Tarik Glenn, Tra Thomas, and Matt Light are talented players. Interestingly enough, both Glenn and Thomas are former first round picks, and Light is a second rounder.

    Re: Orlando...

He turned down $$$ 66 Million from the Rams....

IMHO, no one is going to give up Two #1's...

I would expect Pace's attitude and feellings towards the Rams AND playing for them will be even worse.

    Damn.

    One question...

When you worship Orlando Pace do you rub his belly for luck like those Buddah statues?

    Orlando ... The Wall

    OPIMH, very nice post.

I like your unbiased approach to the Paced drama going on as we speak. Always good to make the TEAM one's primary value, over and beyond the admiration of our individual stars.

Personally, I hope we can somehow retain Big O as part of the wall.

Done. I'm just waiting for a deal to be finalized, one way or the other.
