Re: Our KEY to winning at San Fran...
The Rams can win this game! Basicly the 49whinners are a ground team with a brutal in-your-face physical attack. The way to win is stop that attack and for A. Smith to throw the ball--make him try and win the game.
Rotate the FS with a fast LB in 1st & 10 situations who is targeted to cover the Whinners RBs as well as rotate fresh bodies in on the defensive line. Cram the box and blitz out of it. Oddy a run blitz with the 49whinners schemes would work just as well against their passing game.
Don't expect a lot of scoring--their defense is solid, so take what you can and fight a battle of field possition. It might seem strange but the Rams Punter with that leg of his may make the difference! The thing is if the Rams are at least 4 to 7 points ahead with 4min. left in the 4th quarter have a really good chance of winning. Seriously the key to a Rams victory is Alex Smith of the 49'ers

More play action passes, more screen passes and more no huddle (Have seen very little of no huddle this year)
Get pressure on Alex Smith and get off the field on 3rd down
