I am sorry, but I am not going to let this drivel go on unchecked. AP only had 78 earned yards. 134 of his yards would have been called back if the officials were doind their job.
Yes, AP outran most of our defense on those two plays, once he got past the DL and overload blitz. But how did he get past the first line of defense? By his Center and a pulling guard blantantly holding defensive players from filling the hole. That my friends is -20 yards instead of +134.
I know the stats book doesn't record the truth, it only records the "official's truth", but the real truth is that AP only gained 78 yards, and the Vike only won by 4 points.
