PFT on Jackson playing VS Pats on Sunday
JACKSON WILL BE A GAME-TIME DECISION

As the St. Louis Rams prepare to make their first visit ever to the new stadium of the team who has filled the thing up every week by videotaping the Rams’ walk-through prior to Super Bowl XXXVI playing excellent football without ever cheating, they might not have running back Steven Jackson to help them.
Or they might.
We won’t know until Sunday, when Jackson’s availability will be a game-time decision.
Jackson is hampered by a thigh injury suffered while he crammed his foot repeatedly into the cracks of the asses of various Cowboys defensive players last Sunday.
“He had some limited reps today,” coach Jim Haslett said Friday. “He doesn’t need a lot of reps because he knows everything. I’ll be honest with you, I think it’ll be 50-50.”
And, technically, it is 50-50. Because Jackson is “questionable,” and that’s what questionable means.
Our guess? Jackson will find a way to play. The game is too big, and the Rams are too hot right now.
But even if he doesn’t, we ain’t betting against this team right now.
Unless the Pats videotape their walk-through practice play excellent football without ever cheating.

Haha. I love the last statement.
We will most likely put up our points through the air this game anyways. But, it's ALWAYS exciting to watch Jackson play, so losing him would hurt us no doubt.

There are heavy rains and wind over Gillette Stadium at this moment, which will supposely clear up before game time, which will probably make for a slick turf.
All ears will be open in anticipation of Steven Jackson's game time decision.
I for one would love to have him play against the Pats.

He needs to take a big stack of the millions he got with his new contract and wrap it up with an ace bandage around that Boo-boo of his and get out there.
This game is HUGE in deciding which direction this team is going.

I thought he only had a bruise. If that is the case, then he should be fine if he just gets a little extra padding might just have a little pain but he is tough. I think he should go for it.
