Pisa. how much Longer should we give this guy?

I have been an advocate of keeping Pisa, but with Dan Connor seemingly being available with our 3rd round pick I am questioning keeping Pisa. Connor not as fast or athletic, but he is just as tenacious tougher a better hitter and a straight up animal out of linebacker U. I think Connor adds a dimension to our LB core that we don't currently have. Snagging a late first round prospect at the top of the third would be very beneficial to us. He would be awesome next to WW and another nice addition along with Culberson. We then could keep Pisa for depth or try to move him for a pick or player.

Re: Pisa. how much Longer should we give this guy?

i think connor would be a great addition, but pisa isnt going anywhere for a while, subject to another injury. The cap implications of trading him are adverse and given his injury history, we wont get much for him. Look how little the jets got for vilma.

Lets hope we get connor in round 3

ramming speed to all

I've always advocated keeping Pisa too, but the linebacker position has a lack of depth- period. So I don't think it's a question about keeping him or not. I say take LB in 3rd either way- there's still a lot of value there.

Re: Pisa. how much Longer should we give this guy?

With Dan Connor our Starting LB's should be Pisa, Witherspoon, And Connor. Culberson isn't a lock to have a successful sophmore season, despite his late season heroics. What would be good for him is to rotate at the Strongside to gain valuable experience. Hey, give Pisa a chance.

Hmmm. I think we'll give Culberson one year. I mean, we have next year's draft (which has a slightly better class of LB's). We'll give Pisa this year also. If he fails or gets injured, we'll throw Draft where we plays.

Eric, we have given pisa a chance for at least the past 3 years, he cannot stay healthy, if he stays healthy this year, then great, but I still want connor
