Pisa Will Play, Pace Doubtful Pending Tests Thursday

Rams LB Pisa Tinoisamoa, who suffered a dislocated elbow last week in San Francisco, is listed as questionable on this weeks early injury report. However, the 3 year veteran said after practice he definitely would play against the Cardinals.

Tinoisamoa will wear a speciallly fitted brace to prevent reoccurrence of the injury, but was awaiting a new brace made larger to allow for the slight swelling he is suffering.

Tinoisamoa said his range of motion is good, but he only participated in light workouts in practice thus far this week.

Tackle Orlando Pace is feeling better every day after the concussion he suffered Sunday, but has not practiced, and is listed as "doubtful" for the game. However, head coach Scott Linehan indicated Wednesday that following tests Thursday Pace will be "Upgraded or downgraded."

If Pace doesn't play, it will be Todd Steussie again at LT , with Adam Goldberg moving in to the left guard spot, according to Linehan.

Pisa is a nut....he just loves to play and it does not matter if he is hurt.

    Good news on Pisa.

Does anyone know if Arizona has any respected pass rushers? Do they still have that guy Kyle Vandenbosch who had career-games against us?

    Haha.

Let's just hope the dislocation doesn't bother him the rest of the season. I'm hoping the trainers are making the final decision here.

    Thanx Barry

Yeah, MATEO, they've got a guy named Bertrand Berry who is a real force when healthy. He was injured last year, but I believe he is back to playing now. Super fast off the edge.

Berry is back from injury. He had 6 sacks in 8 games last year, and double digits each of the two years prior to that. Okeafor will be good for 7 or 8 each year. Then, of course, there is the Ram killer Adrian Wilson, who got 3 of his 8 sacks last year against us. And he popped Hass twice last week.

I hope the FO is already working out a new contract for Pisa. Players like him are a rarity these days.
