Which player has risen the most this preseason?
Who is the player who has done the most this preseason to increase the value of his stock?
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

Re: Which player has risen the most this preseason?
Alston and Hagans stand out the most to me. I went with Alston because he's the first that came to mind and I've been hoping to see him get some playing time to see what he could do. So far he has been impressive, with a few "rookie" mistakes that are to be expected. He seems to be around the ball a lot.

It's fair to say that all those listed have impressed in the Pre-season, however the one who has impressed me the most is Alston. Now it's up to Haslett to determine his role on the defense because he is a playmaker with superb athletic abilities and it's not as if the defense has enough of them..

Re: Which player has risen the most this preseason?
I went with Hagans, but it is really a toss up between Marquez and Jon. They both appear to have improved dramatically. I have to say that I am surprised with Hagan's emergence, but not as much with Alstons as I've always had a good feeling about him.

Claude Wroten, for me. He looks like a high motor guy. Hagans, is a close second, has play well, he looks like he is a keeper after all.

Re: Which player has risen the most this preseason?
Alston was a mid-level draft pick last year and just needed some time after wrapping up Stanford to get in the scrum. In my mind, his stock was already there at a quality level. Hagans is a superb athlete and as a slightly lower pick, had more "climbing" to do. Wroten? He only went 3rd round because of off-field issues. To me, his stock was already fairly high as his "on-field" status was 1st round quality. His stock has increased no doubt, but not so much as the others.
I going with Moore who has really showed in the preseason that he has great pass rush ability. I'd be surprised if his performance doesn't garner some attention from some GM's out there. Granted, his stock isn't as "high" as the others, in my mind, he increased his stock the most.

Re: Which player has risen the most this preseason?
I'd have to say Hagans. I had a lot of reservations about him when we took him in the 5th round last year. Some were predicting he'd go undrafted, so I questioned whether this wasn't an "impulse buy" to get an Antwaan Randle-El clone. But he has really looked sharp this pre-season. I expected Alston to make big strides, but Hagans has really impressed me.

Re: Which player has risen the most this preseason?
I already mentioned that my pick was Alston. Certainly the others that are listed have done well for themselves as well. But, the guy that came out of nowhere and has impressed me a great deal is Culberson. I'm hoping we can find a way to keep him. He's a solid linebacker and is a playmaker.

Offensively I'd have to go with Marques Hagans, he's show alot of composure and has been a playmaker for us.
As for defense, I'd have to go with Jerome Carter. He's been looking good out here, been tackling good, had a few good hits and I believe a sack.RamsFan16

Re: Which player has risen the most this preseason?
Hagans impressed me the most. He'll probably be used in special packages and looks real illussive. He also looks like he can turn short yardage plays in to big gainers. With Holt still somewhat bothered by that bad knee I think Hagans will be given extra time in games and surprise some young DB's.

Re: Which player has risen the most this preseason?
I had to go with Hagans due to the fact that he didn't even seem to be in the equation a few weeks ago. Most of the others on the list are guys that are playing the positions they played in college. Plus, in recent history the Rams haven't had much success in the QB to WR conversion (Crouch/Ouch). I just think Hagans has been a pleasent suprise.

Re: Which player has risen the most this preseason?
I voted Hagans. Would have been hard if Stanley were a choice, but due to the #'s crunch, he probably will not make the final 53.

MH has has a solid pre-season, from what I've seen of him.

Re: Which player has risen the most this preseason?
Yes, definitely Hagans. I didn't get to see any of these preseason games but I've read about the plays Marques has made.
I'm glad he'll be part of the team. :bash:
