    The possibilites

I was thinking that we could be in for a great season this year.

    Offense

    QB-Marc Bulger
    FB-Mike karney
    HB-Steven Jackson

    WR-Donnie Avery
    WR-Kennan Burton
    TE-Randy Mcmichael

    LT-Alex Barron
    LG-Jacob Bell
    C-Jason Brown
    RG-Richie Incognito
    RT-Jason Smith

    Defense

    LE-Leonard Little
    DT-Clifton Ryan
    DT-Adam Carriker
    RE-Chris Long

    OLB-Pisa Tinoisamoa
    MLB-James Laurinatis
    OLB-Will Witherspoon

    CB-Ron Bartell
    FS-OJ Atogwe
    SS-James Butler
    CB-Tye hill/Johnaton Wade/Justin king

The CB postion Concerns me, but we have a very decent looking team, IMO we could have 9-10 wins if we stay injury free and Play with a passion this year. Lets go Rams!

Cogs might get beaten out by Greco, and Robinson might beat out Burton.
Either way, i agree that the offense can be good.

I'm more concerned with the WRs than the CBs

Major concern is the Front Four, WR, and CB however I think the O line is coming along nicely and I hope Bulger has a big season. What I mean by big season is a management season similar to what Kerry Collins has been doing at Tennessee. I don't think we have a WR that is considered a big threat but we do WR's who are decent enough to get the job done IF the O line gives SJAX some holes and threats.

Exactly. Recent example has shown that we don't necessarily need a phenomenal play maker behind center to be successful. We just need someone who can make the plays he is asked to, and to minimize mistakes. I think Bulger can fill that role, and if he can, we'll be a much better team for it.

Heck .. if the O-line just gives him enough time to throw the ball away if no one's open, it would be an improvement over last year ...

Yeah Cogs temper is a concern, we don't need unnecessary flags. Overall looks good at this point. Hope we can get some veteran help at the WR position and a careful look at CB. There's no reason why playoffs contention can be a part of our conversation.

At any rate, I'm happy so far. Now it's time to save up for NFL ticket.

Ya that's great, but the Titans had 2 good back and a great defense. The Ram currently don't have either. Maybe a RB off the roster could emerge and become a consistent number 2, but we still have problems defensively. I'm with Tx, i'm not as worried about CB or WR as I am the front four especially LE and NT. Spags does get the best out of the d-line so hopefully he can get it done here.

I refuse to drink the Kool-Aid....yet.

I am extremely optimistic about this season. We have all the people in place. We just need a coach that can get them working together and mold them into a winning team.

I think Spags can do it.

    Re: The possibilites

We need DT help for this defense to be good. Carriker, Ryan and Scott are not going to cut it for the entire season by themselves.

Adding a couple DT's along with a vet wideout and the possibilities look a lot more promising.

A healthy Jackson for sixteen games will be the key to a good season.

    Re: The possibilites

Your cb's are only as good as your pass rush. If we see pressure on the
QB, I think our corners will shine and get some confidence. I think this just
    might happen under Spags.

    Re: The possibilites

    Rams need a pass rush.

This might be little's last year. He'll probally be used during passing downs as a pass rusher and pulled during running downs.
Hopefully Long doubles last years totals in all stat categories .(Sacks, Tackles)
