1) when the new ownership comes in next year, it will be an easy fire.

1. The man is smart. We have had enough knuckleheads in here, let's get one who might be able to think.
2. Was a QB backup for quite awhile. Played with Aikman....has a keen sense offensively.
3. Did have an explosive offense in Dallas. If Owens shuts up, this Dallas team makes the playoffs.
4. Seems to be a players coach. When things went south, he went to the players and asked them how he could help fix things.
5. Likes to mix in the running game more than people give him credit. Has some very effective blocking schemes and uses the TE effectively.

2. Maybe he can get Bulger back on track
3. Might bring a 3-4 defense
