Pro-bowl Rams?
Will any Rams make the pro-bowl? Announcement is this evening.
Personally I don't believe any will actually make it but it would be nice to see some of them on the team. I'd rank our top players at
J Lau
Finnegan
Jenkins
Amendola
The one thing i am disappointed with is not seeing Jenkins, Zurelin or Hekker in any Rookie of the year consideration talks. Has anyone heard their names mentioned?

Re: Pro-bowl Rams?
JLau had a better year last year and never made it.
Finnegan was solid this year, but not a stand out.
Jenkins made 4-5 big plays, but also made a lot of rookie mistakes.
and Amendola has been injured this year.
The best chance we have is Quinn or Long. However, we all know its a popularity contest and will them being up against Allen, Peppers and Pierre Paul they have no chance IMO.

don't see any ram making it. Finnegan had a bit of a drop-off from last year, JL had a good-not-great year, Amendola isn't close to the same atmosphere of top NFC WR's, and Jenkins is still a bit away from that level, though he's working his way rapidly up.

Re: Pro-bowl Rams?
You have to remember that the players selected to the Pro Bowl won't play there if their team gets to the Superbowl. It's likely some Rams may get there after that, and any injury drop outs.

Re: Pro-bowl Rams?
The Chiefs manage to have 5 players named to the Pro Bowl.......no, that's not an error. Amazing.

lol the Pro Bowl is a joke, I'm glad there are no Rams on the official roster since I don't want them to risk an injury anyways.

Re: Pro-bowl Rams?
Why are people mad at the Chiefs players getting in? Who cares? I'd rather take a 7-7-1 team that has 0 pro bowlers over a 2-15 team that has 10 pro bowlers...
Stop being such whiners about the media, be a man, and live with it. Were the Rams. Were not going to get coverage like Philly, Dallas or New England. And we wont be respected until we make the playoffs.

Re: Pro-bowl Rams?
Absolutely. It "may" have had some validity prior to 1995 (coaches and players did the selecting). But since then, the fans have had a hand in the voting, and that will always screw up the process. The average fan has no freaking clue. Just look at the NFC roster this year.......Jeff Saturday, yes......Richard Sherman, no. That's insane!
Another reason the Pro Bowl means zilch? According to the PB rules, defenses must line up in a 4-3, and no blitzing is allowed. The NFC linebackers? All 5 come from 3-4 teams. There are ZERO 4-3 linebackers on the NFC roster."Before the gates of excellence the high gods have placed sweat; long is the road thereto and rough and steep at first; but when the heights are reached, then there is ease, though grievously hard in the winning." --- Hesiod

Re: Pro-bowl Rams?
I don't think any will get in. I rather see our players get awards like ROY/DROY etc.

Re: Pro-bowl Rams?
I'd be interested in your ratiionale (BTW, Russell Wilson isn't there either and he's more deserving than Brees (team's not in the playoffs); and Romo (inconsistent and his team's got a bit of an uphill climb to the playofs), for suggesting Brees and/or Romo over RGIII. However, lets take a look at the stats, including QBR, passing yards, rushing yards, TDs, INTs etc. as well as team record to date.
