Billy Devaney and Steve Spagnuolo hd nothing to do with drafting Lawrence Phillips or Claude Wroten. Neither did the Rams "present ownership group."

I know this is obvious to everyone here, but just to emphasize... Lawrence Phillips was drafted 13 years ago!!! Chip and Lucia have been majority owners for barely over a year. What a buffoon.

Hopefully Jerry Jones of the Dallas Cowboys will end this VICK debate, he does have a habit of bringing into the organization Circus Clowns, malcontents and misfits. I hope the Rams organization is way beyound taking the L. Phillips types.
