Re: Qb coach??
What AV said, no one knows Bradford's best form better than Heupel at this point.

Re: Qb coach??
If i was Jeff Fisher, and i'm not because I can't grow facial hair very well, but if i was i would look at the difference between Bradford's promising rookie year, and last year, and see what changed.
And one of those differences was that in his first year Bradford had a QB coach and last year he didn't. But that QB coach in the first year was Dick Curl, who was forced into retirement after that first season
I would have a talk with Dick Curl about him possibly coming back out of retirement. Dick and Sam seemed to have a good relationship in that first year, completely different to the relationship that supposed OC and QB coach Josh McDaniels had with Bradford last year.
However, Curl is 71 years old. He may have a few years in him but it may be best to move onto a younger talent
Heupel is a good choice, although it may be hard to tempt him to the NFL as just a QB coach when he is co-OC at Oklahoma

Re: Qb coach??
An experienced NFL QB coach. Why go the inexperienced route on this position with so much money tied up in Bradford?

Re: Qb coach??
I've made the same comment somewhere else on this board. While Bradford trusts Heupel, I think it's more important to get a QB coach that can teach Bradford how to play in the NFL, not the NCAA. I wouldn't go balistic if they hired Heupel, just not all that excited about it.
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!!

Re: Qb coach??
I'm not sure about Warner as QB coach, he might advocate that Bradford extend his career by playing crap and riding the pine for a few seasons

Re: Qb coach??
How about John Ramsdell. Would love to have him back. Heard he might be cut after River's off year. But still. QB coach for Warner, Bulger and Rivers since 2006, and he has been a pretty great QB in that time.
