Question for Rams Fans
Being a Whiner fan, and given that we have just acquired Dre Bly, I was wondering from some Rams fans what to expect from him. He is currently in a three-way competition for the #2 Cornerback position.
Much thanks.

Re: Question for Rams Fans
you dont need to be asking us this, because its been years since he played for us. As i remember, he was pretty terrible last year.
Main thing i remember is that he is a gambler when it comes to turnovers

Re: Question for Rams Fans
Yeah, I remember him as being very much a boom or bust player. He looked good with Aeneas watching his back & a good DL but....kind of a Deion attitude on Fakhir talent.
Probably a fair swap for Walt Harris who's no spring chicken.
Dunno if he still has a big mouth; didn't he crap the nest in Detroit? Doubt that will go down well with Singletary.

Re: Question for Rams Fans
Thanks for the input. Pretty much the impression I had gotten from news articles. Although I am not sure what "crap the nest" means.

Re: Question for Rams Fans
Crap the nest = shooting off your mouth about your home team/city/coaches/FO thus making yourself unpopular with them. I think he dissed QB Harrington after Mooch got fired.
Think TO in SF, Philly, Dallas, and I'm sure soon enough in Buffalo.
Poor old Mooch seems to have spent his entire HC career ankle-deep in said ego-excrement.

Re: Question for Rams Fans
He's not a bad player, but as said can be a bit of a gambler. When he was with us, I remember him being solid overall, and Aeneas had his back just in case, so it worked out well.
With the Broncos, he no doubt lost something. Several Bronco fans I know were very glad he was gone.
My guess would be as long as he doesn't play over agreesive football, he can be a good fill in.
