    rams 3 1/2 point underdogs

We are 3 1/2 point dogs this weekend. I thought it would be at least 5 and maybe 6. Anyone have any view on the point spread?

The fact that the Rams are tough to beat at home, it suprises me that the spread is 3 1/2 thought it would be around 1 either way.

denver went to the afc title game last year and we were 6-10. I dont see how we could possibly be favored. Typically, you get about 3 points for home field. If we were playing this game on the road, i would have expected to be about 8 point underdogs, which is why i was surprised it was only 3 1/2, but i guess to the bookmakers, week one is always a bit of a crapshoot regardless of what happened last year, which is really ancient history.

i figured around a touchdown spread, but being the first game i guess i understand, but with the rams winning by 2 TD'S it doesnt matter.

I agree GC I figured 6 1/2 would be the spread, but since every team is really an unknown right now it's hard to set a more realistic spread. After a couple of games and we see who is playing well, the spreads for all teams should be more realistic.
