Yeah my thoughts exactly. Can't say I know much about him. Can someone feel me in on what kind of player he is?
Is he a weakside or strongside LB? Hopefully he's weakside since we have a glaring hole there.
EDIT: According to NFL.com, he's got 82 tackles last season, he's 26 and looks to have a potential breakout season, especially with Ken Flajole pulling the strings.
it`s coming together now. i presume he will compete at the weakside ,with the experience of playing MLB if i read right when Ryans went down last year so he could cover for J-Lau too. a smart pick up i think.
Only entering the fourth year of his career, had a career high 82 tackles last year. I see this as a low risk, potential high upside signing for us if he grows into his shell...
Next up: Backup RB / Legit WR
ooooooooooooo yeah !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rams doin everything perfect !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He could play both, but I like him better on the weak side. I've read positive reviews of his play in Houston prior to heart palpitations towards the end of last season. He's young and has good size. A one-year deal to see what he's capable of in this defense is pretty reasonable.

Apparently a favorite of Greg Cosell... Not a bad thingQuote:
Rams agreed to terms with OLB Zac Diles on a one-year contract.
Diles has experience at all three linebacker positions, but he figures to slot in at one of the outside spots in St. Louis. A favorite of NFL Films guru Greg Cosell's, Diles is coming off probably his worst season as a pro, mostly due to injuries. He's still just 26, however, and should be plenty motivated on this one-year, "prove-it" deal. Cosell has described Diles as a "stacked" 4-3 linebacker "with toughness" who is "consistently around the ball."
Another great pick up. Man the Rams are killin it today. The patience is paying off gentlemen.
