Rams Best Offensive Line ever:
Just a bit of history thought it would be fun , Only my opinion ... What or should I say who do you think is or was the best OL in the NFL ??

One of the most destructive offensive lines in NFL History!
This line would blow defensive linemen 5 yards off the line of scrimmage!

Everyone on this line has been in the Pro Bowl.

This line gave Vince Ferragamo at least 8-10 seconds to pass, great protection!

On power sweeps, Hill & Harrah, two 6-5 guards were like two trucks in full speed!
This line made big holes for Eric Dickerson to run.

France in 1979 was NFL's best offensive tackle, by the NFL Players' Association.
France was NFL All-Rookie 1975

Slater in the summer of 2001 was named in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Slater was NFC Offensive Lineman of the Year: 1983, 1986 - 87 and 1989

Saul was a solid player.

I agree, and am honoring the fantastic '79 team in my avatar until the Super Bowl. McCutcheon, Bryant and Cappaleti (sp?) had a great group of men opening holes for them.

Don't forget Wendell Tyler. Not that I mind you leaving him out that much, considering what team he ended up with (back when that unmentionable team was the only team enjoying free agency when there supposedly wasn't any free agency, but that's another story...).

i have to agree with you on that o-line, they were great,we have had some great o-lines in the past and i really think that we are on the verge of putting together another great line as long as we can keep them healthy.

I totally agree ! Sometimes its hard to wait for it to come ... Your right we are very close just my opinion ...
