Rams biggest off-season move
At this point, after all the criticism and scrutiny if brought on. Adam Timmerman has to be the biggest and best signing the Rams made this off season. Could you imagine what things would be like right now without his leadership and experience. Talk about a god send.

I agree resigning timmerman was a great move, but personally, i would vote for the draft day trade up to get steven jackson.

Re: Rams biggest off-season move
I like the acquisition of S.Jackson as well, and have high hopes for Hargrove.
But - and I know I'll probably get slammed for this - one of the best offseason moves was releasing Kurt Warner. I truly believe that Marc Bulger will shine as the uncontested starting QB.

Re: Rams biggest off-season move
All good suggestions so far. I can't really put my finger on what I think is the best off-season move thus far, but I think drafting Hargrove has potential. Thus far it looks like he's a beast and could make losing someone like Wistrom a minor loss instead of the doomsday loss some people predict it to be. Of course, Jackson's drafting was awesome as well. We had a very good first day, it seems.

Re: Rams biggest off-season move
From a slightly different perspective, I think our 2nd day of the draft will turn out to be a textbook chapter for "value-drafting". In a couple of years, we will think it silly that Chillar, Shivers & Smoker were passed on Day 1.
As far as signings, the cap-friendly deal that Bulger struck was our best FA signing."Before the gates of excellence the high gods have placed sweat; long is the road thereto and rough and steep at first; but when the heights are reached, then there is ease, though grievously hard in the winning." --- Hesiod

I hold back on making ASSumptions when it comes to professional sports anymore. What seems like a God send can inevitably end up being the Devil in disguise.

Re: Rams biggest off-season move
S .Jackson could pay huge dividends, so could Hargrove in time, to me those were the biggest off-season moves..
Sorting out the Warner/Bulger mess was too!!!

AR, correct me if I'm wrong, but are you quasi-stealthily stabbing at the more common pseudonym for our new (or maybe not so new) friend, Reborn. Are you searching for the pot at the end of this 'rainbow'?
