I know you guys are having some fun as I read the comments but to say we are thin on the O line is an understatement. Behind our two tackles that are both coming off injuries is who? At LG we have who? We have a RG and a pro bowl center and then we are full of questions marks IMO.

Fisher is the master of finding O linemen without using high draft picks so I just have to believe that he is seeing something in these guys.

There are only 2 guaranteed spots on this O-line and that is Scott Wells and Harvey Dahl at Center and Right guard respectively

At this point Valdez should be in the same boat as Jason Smith and Rodger Saffold all three men have experience (Saffold and Smith as starters and Valdez has the pedigree of being on nfl teams)

This Rams teams has bunch of untapped potential and whoever grasps the game sooner will start sooner...I am expecting Valdez to provide depth but i would not be surprised if he claimed a starting TACKLE spot for us

Considering that the Vikings are shallow on their O-line---they wouldn't have let this kid go if they saw some real value in him. This acquistion is more a reach then many of the others. But right now it doesn't hurt the team to give the kid his chance

Dont forget that we signed barry richardson as an offensive tackle. He started last year for KC, but was generally viewed as lousy, although still only in his mid 20's.
