    as per Adam Schefter ESPN

    Asccording to Adam Schefter, Rams called 44 y/o Brett Favre to gauge interest in return to NFL after losing QB Sam Bradford to injury. Favre declined.

    Are we really so low that we have to consider Favruh?

    I'd like to think that Austin Davis is a better option than that.

    wow talk about coming full circle: as didnt the Rams trade to Atlanta for Favre? or something like that way back when then traded him away--?

    He was drafted in the 2nd round of the '91 draft by the Falcons. Then traded to the Packers for their 1st round pick in the '92 draft. Ironically, the Falcons then used that pick to select Favre's former backfield mate at USM, Tony Smith.
