I agree with barry on Cort there is no way that he stays with the Rams with that Cap number, im sure he gets cut and resigned at a later date.

I on the other hand disagree with Barry, why would I be so bold you ask? LOL
Simple case study of Jeff Fisher a guy who does not like to cut his vets the guys he drafts or brings in. He has a history of not cutting these guys and I think from what I see and have heard him say he genuinely likes and appreciates Finny and all he brings as a leader and player to his team. I seriously doubt he gets cut at this point. Now if you say emphatically you believe they restructure his deal that is a whole other ball of wax. Time will tell on this one but I would be shocked if they cut CF.

Jeff Fisher is not our GM. Finnegan was awful this year. Unless he takes a massive paycut he's gone.

I take Pro Football Focus' ratings with a pinch of salt, but from what I have read in a few articles on the net, Finnegan was literally their lowest rated corner back of all qualifiers.

Great post. What can, if anything, the Rams do with Bradford's contract in 2014 to free up some cap space? Can they restructure it or do they need to wait a year? Any info you can provide is appreciated.

The only practical way to lower his cap # would be to extend his current contract.
