Re: Rams D
They didn't allow a TD in the fourth quarter against San Fran. So that quarter, plus today's four.

Re: Rams D
Some have been saying it for a while and reality is finally extending a hand to expectations........The biggest factor in the success of the D will be the play of the front 4. If the line can create pressure and close running gaps, the weaknesses of the secondary can (for the most part) be covered up. And as I've been saying for a LOOOONG time, Jimmy Kennedy is the single biggest factor on the front line. He won't get the stats that Little gets, but the better Kennedy plays, the better Little's stats will be. If JK/RP clog the middle and collapse the pocket, opposing offenses will become one dimensional in a hurry. And cutting off half the field or half the playbook, greatly increases the Rams chances of winning.
For years, the talented offense has covered up for a weak defense. Now we see the young defense beginning to hold the fort for an eroded offense."Before the gates of excellence the high gods have placed sweat; long is the road thereto and rough and steep at first; but when the heights are reached, then there is ease, though grievously hard in the winning." --- Hesiod

The front four have been very good. Lots of pressure up the middle, and Pisa is all over the place. :clanram:
One thing that Dez wants to know is what was Arch doing playing CB in the slot during the final drive.
