The Null decision has me curious. With all our recent injury issues at quarterback, why would we not be carrying him? We really must have faith in Bulger and Boller. The other thing that is weird is that Victor is once again riding the pine. Thought for sure with the depletion of defensive linemen that we have gone through, that he would be seeing some playing time today. He really must have done something to upset Spags.
I assume Null is inactive but designated as the third "emergency" quarterback. If that's the case, the Rams can play him if he's needed. However, doing so before the fourth quarter means Bulger and Boller cannot return to the game. But if he's designated as the emergency third QB, and I can't imagine why he wouldn't be, then he's inactive but can be played if needed.
Perhaps Spags just doesn't like what he sees. Victor isn't much of a pass rusher, though I think he does offer some versatility at end/tackle. However, if the Rams already have four ends - Long, Little, Hall, Ah You - and at least two of them can also shift inside to tackle already, Victor probably doesn't add much.
The one I'm more curious about is Greco.
We better win today, or honestly, I see us going winless
I don't know who decides the inactives for the Rams every week, but they never fail to leave me scratching my head
