Rams ink second-round RB Pead

The Rams signed second-round RB Isaiah Pead, his agent, Rick Smith, confirmed on Twitter.

Pead was the 50th overall pick in April’s draft. The 5-10, 197-pound back out of Cincinnati rushed for 1,259 yards in 2011 and was named the Big East Offensive Player of the Year.
