Re: RAMS JERSEYS REMEMBERED, All-time: 2012 edition. Part II - IV

Grrr, I just noticed that the title is misleading in terms of the four parts.

"RAMS JERSEYS REMEMBERED, All-time: 2012 edition. Part II - IV", should instead read:

"RAMS JERSEYS REMEMBERED, All-time: 2012 edition. Part II of IV" or, "...Part II / IV".

    Sorry.

One of our best RBs, Larry McCutcheon (played 1972-79), with No. 30.

Two fine, hard-hitting Rams FBs: Mike Guman (1980-88), and Madison Hedgecock (2005-07).

    Both wearing No. 44.

    ...And then --

From the John Robinson era as HC we have Fred Strickland, LB with No. 53(1988-92).

Rams end Tom Fears (1948-56); "mi paisano de México" is another one of our terrific players that made the HOF. He had No. 55 for most of his career with the Rams and of course, played with the '51 Champion team. Played his last two years with No. 80.

Are we forgetting our young RB Daryl Richardson? No way! He may well be on his way.

Get 'em on the list, No.26!

Two years (1968-69) a RB for the L.A. Rams, Mike Dennis No. 43's career ended by injury. Technology.

A similar situation occured to Larry Smith, a big, promising RB that never reached his potential due to injuries. I liked him as he was a hand picked by Coach George Allen who rarely drafted rookies.

LS played five years with the Rams: 1969-73 with No. 38. Clic on image.

From 1972 to '76 the Rams had a good blocking RB in Jim Bertelsen, No. 45. Scored 16 TDs too.

Man, I remember when I actually thought Archuleta was going to be really good. Was a big fan of him transitioning our GSOT D. Then he became a bigger bust than Jamarcus Russell at QB.

Yes, that's how it goes. I initially liked Archuleta also -- a workout freak BTW, he was ripped. Played for the Rams 2001-05 Then when traded to the Redskins they dish out a trillion-dollar contract (their modus operandi those days) to him but still, he never really meets expectations other than at the gym.

But he was a real Ram for a while and is here recognized on the list with No. 31.
