Rams are looking into a trade for DB Joselio Hanson.?
He started 6 games last season for the Eagles, he should play as our nickel back.? Howard Balzer wrote.

He is obviously down the pecking order due to DRC and Asomugha going to the Eagles, but he is a decent nickel corner. I doubt we would be looking if Murphy hadn't got injured though, the Rams don't seem too happy with King.
Just another thing, a small picky thing, but this is more a thread for the Draft/FA forum as Hanson isn't a Ram

I wouldn't mind it ... also it would be a nice edge to start the season if we know the defence

If we can grab him for a 6th and somehow clear the cap room, sure. Usually going for a team's 4th CB is dumpster diving, but in this situation, it's not so bad at all!

I think he could be be had for a late rounder and I'd be interested if he's a scheme fit. That's a big if. As a zone player, Asante Samuel doesn't fit the bill.
Can Hanson play physical / man to man?
