Polley is just one part of the problem.... Thomas is a good player but not a natural leader (despite Martz rhetoric)... we are basically rudderless in the middle and the front 7 have next to no NFL experience.
For me... Polley should be conserved as a situational player (3rd down) but no more... he is plainly no good enough against the run.
