This was a great video, I love it. I think this kind of training can be critical to developing a tougher mind set and giving guys a whole new element to the players that they have never been previously exposed to.

I'm a very strong believer that it normally comes down to the, "who wants it more" mind set.

Two of the guys I wanted to see the most: Chris Long and Jason Smith--they were a part of the extra MMA training. It was really great to see that. I'm really hoping that Smith has a break out year at LT. Long, to me, will only get better; I'm excited.

It's good to see some forward thinking by Spags and allowing this to happen. The Rams do need to toughen up and put a beatdown on the opponent and wear them down. It would be nice to see a team fear the Rams and their physicality for once.

I love Chris Long. He works so hard and constantly trains to the max which is why I believe in him achieving.

Thanks Bralidore, enjoyed the vid. Very interesting MMA concept and application from / for these people (Coach Spags, OL Long and Smith). Interesting indeed.

However, we must keep this advantage and edge as a secret weapon so that other teams will not emulate the same philosophy and suffer the consequences of the Rams preparing this way.

Well Jared Allen and PAtrick Willis know about it. So that's the Vikings and the 9ers who knows our secret. Given the popularity of MMA and the internet.....

Let's hope laziness and the unwillingess to do extra work sets in among other teams..
