I think of Moose as a "Surfer coach"...someone who will look good when the tide is on his side,but someone who falls off when it isnt...

I would love to get Bill Cowher, pay him what he wants. He has a proven record in building a team, he was with the steelers for 14 years or whatever. We don't need to be taking chances on offensive/defensive coordinators we need a head coach with the a proven track record as a head coach. Only Cowher and Schottenheimer have that.
