Rams: NFLs smartest team?
I had not realised this was the case at all, but it appears to be true. I only found out when i was looking up scores on teh Wonderlic test. Everyone knows about Ryan Fitzpatrick being smart (he scored a 38 in a record 9 minutes) but i didnt know Kevin Curtis scored a 48 out of 50!

Re: Rams: NFLs smartest team?
I think a lot of that was because of how complex the offense was. Faulk and Holt are also quite clever and articulate individuals from what I've heard, although I have no idea what their Wonderlic scores were.

Holt is a very smart person. He looks smart as well, especially when he interviews. I think it's the glasses.

I think the glasses do help.
I did not know that Kevin Curtis was a smart one too. They do have a lot of intelligence on the team.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Re: Rams: NFLs smartest team?
The generalization that football players are big, dumb, and need help spelling their own name is false.
One of the biggest reasons I became a Rams fan is because of the intelligent way they approached the game. It wasn't all physical, a lot of it was smart playing! Watching Marshall take his time waiting for a hole to open, then getting through in one shot; watching Isaac run a seemingly easy route, then make a quick turn, grab a pass without reaching for it, and breaking away for a big gain; seeing Little read a play and adjust so he can sack a QB....
Beautiful. Only one other team I have ever seen even comes close to playing as smart as the Rams...and that's Green Bay.
Even though the Rams are the smartest team in football, that doesn't guarantee us any wins. But, you have to admit seeing a WR like Holt going up against someone a lot bigger and more physical, yet Holt can still make a play, now, THAT'S exciting!Super Bowl Champions 2013!

Green Bay are said to be the dumbest team in football, just beating out the Cardinals for that bottom spot.

To be honest, the intelligence of the team doesn't include that of the coaches.

That's like saying the smartest NFL player is Marshall Faulk, but T.O. is a close second!!!!!
When I said GB played smart, I was not talking Wonderlic scores, but the style they played. Sorry I didn't explain that...Super Bowl Champions 2013!

Re: Rams: NFLs smartest team?
I know, i just had to point out GB were the worst! But then again i think it is unfair because having Ahmed 'What, im NOT allowed to hold the receiver' Carrol really brings their score down
