    Rams now drafting second.

Thank you Washington! They will probably not win another game this season. The same is very possible for the Rams. If this holds true and the Giants, Steelers and Titans each manage one more win...the Rams will own 2 top 10 picks.

Would people rather see them utilize this rare opportunity to take 2 highly regarded players or try to deal one of the picks to trade down and garner a couple of later rounders, for depth? Frankly, I would rather see them grab two from the top of the class. Either way, great situation!

What I really don't hope is that Shanny gets fired before the season is up, and the new interim coach tries to catch a spark and accidentally win a game. The Redskins schedule is tough enough to throw up a goose egg for the rest of the year, and here's hoping they maintain the losing attitude!

If we end up with the second pick I would think we could get Mathews which is a highly regarded player and also get more picks.

Looking at our last three games we might win one or two if the hawks don't start their starters. Not sure if 6-10 is a top ten or not. I think we could move back like we did with Brockers and land a stud DT, FS, CB and WR still get more picks.

With the first pick add Mathews at five and add more picks.

    With the second pick

Sammy Watkins or Mike Evans at 12 and more picks
HaHa Clinton-Dix at 13 and more picks
Nix at 12 and more picks

We could add two additional second rounders and more if things break our way and get two top tier players in round one.

I think Mike Shanahan stays the remainder of the season and loses out. best case scenario would be if the new interim head coach for the Texans wins the remainder, leaving the Rams the #1 pick!!

I can't resist, but what if we wind up with Dix and Nix? Would that give us the Fix?

OK, OK shoot me now, put me out of my misery!

    Go Rams!

Don't know about the Fix, but it sure would create a nice Mix, and our defense would probably finish top Six.

I really think Hundley and Bridgewater will end up going in Top 3 and Clowney will be available...

I am sure there is trade Chris Long talk on the way if Clowney is an option, but I think this is trade down territory that can round out our roster for a playoff roster.....

i really can't wait for this draft because there are 6-10 impact WRs at the top....its gonna be a good one

Seems like a win/win no matter which way we go, but I personally am always intrigued with the possibility of maximizing picks, as with the RG3 trade.

If we could somehow turn the top 5 pick we receive from Washington into a somewhat similar deal, I believe that would be the best case scenario.

Plus the Fortuniners have several picks in the first 3 rounds as well. Can't let them have more of an impact in the draft under any circumstance.

We need secondary and (maybe) another receiver. If we can trade down and still get that I'm all for it.

i wouldn't feel good about trading for a guy who likes to come into the season out of shape and has a poor work ethic

We definitely need at least one stud WR. Forget about Chris Givens, Brian Quick, Austin Pettis. It's time to pull the trigger on a top 10 WR who is more of a natural WR than Tavon Austin.

I hope a team picking around 4-7 range is desperate for a QB and willing to give up a 2nd this year and next to move up and grab their QB.

I am hoping we find ourselves a Micheal Orr or a Desean Jackson with those picks.

So is the AFC South the new NFC West?
