    The skins are asking for a #4 for patrick ramsey. I love the kid. I dont think he ever had a real chance with washington. I think their line was terrible when he was playing. I still think he has a chance to be an excellent nfl qb and i would give up a #4 for him if linehan liked him. Supposedly the skins have been offered a #7.

    Does anyone know what ramseys contract status is and his cap number?
