Rams and Redskins are equals
I'm leaning towards the Rams in this one also. Two reasons.
1. Going into the season, I thought the Redskins were a mediocre team. What have they done to change our mind? They beat a woefully prepared Cowboy team at home, and then they gave up about a million yards to Matt Schaub while blowing a big lead, again, at home. Now they go on the road for the first time to take on a team that is desperate for a win, and has played reasonably well while losing twice by a total of 6 points.
2. The oddsmakers know something. They spread is much less than expected, and over 90% of the money is going on the visitors. This might be one of those scenarios where the bookies know something, and are suckering the money onto the losing side.

I would like to agree with you but I can't. I think that McNabb will be the difference maker in this game. I would be on board for a win if they still had Campbell at the helm.
I just don't see the Rams scoring over 21 points. I think that's what it will take to win this game. I hope I'm wrong since I'll be in the stadium tomorrow.

Since we're cursed with the inability to score more than two touchdowns per game, I don't see how we can contain McNabb's cannon for an arm.

Re: Rams and Redskins are equals
If Shurmur can bring in good plays, then I can see to it that we're capable of scoring past the 20 point line. DeAngelo Hall is a good CB but he's not as good as Asomugha or Rodgers-Cromartie so I expect Clayton to have a good game. And if we can at least have a balanced offense (not as in Run-Run-PA every drive), then I don't see why not.
