Rams release Quinn Ojinnaka
Rams release Quinn Ojinnaka per Jim Thomas.
This moves seems to mean that unless they pick up a newly cut free agent that the backups will likely be Fraley and Goldberg. I am offically annoyed.

I can only assume that Looney is the guy making the o-line cuts. If that's the case he is going to have hell to pay if he gets Bradford injuried with his biased man love for Goldberg and Fraley.

Re: Rams release Quinn Ojinnaka
Agreed. The drop-off from first string seems pretty significant, esp considering Bell & Smith's injury history, but let's see what Billy D can scavenge from the waiver wire. Who's got Mark Setterstrom's digits ? lol....

Re: Rams release Quinn Ojinnaka
Both guys gave up a LOT of pressure against the ones in game two. Plus, I don't know who we have on the bench that can play tackle except for Goldberg. (Please referrence game two again to get a good look at Goldy playing the tackle postion.) But, hey in spags we trust right? Besides, I don't think we have seen the end of roster cuts and new additions yet.

Re: Rams release Quinn Ojinnaka
Im a little disappointed at the minute, with who it seems is going to be left playin, on the line. DeSpags I think are going for some experience at back up. Which isnt a bad idea as long as the player is good though.
From what Ive seen from them two, Im not confident in their play at all. I hope the Rams pick someone else up too, someone to replace Fraley anyways.? Goldberg is a true locker room cog, his pass blocking isnt always bad. But his run blocking at the point of attack is pitiful.
