Rams Report: Bradford will work with No. 1 offense Saturday ..

Coach Steve Spagnuolo and his staff haven't mapped out a final plan yet, but it looks as if rookie quarterback Sam Bradford will get a fair amount of first-half action in Saturday night's preseason opener.

Veteran A.J. Feeley will start at QB, but Bradford will "get some work with the ones, and then we’ll see where we’re at," Spagnuolo said. "I’m not sure how long into that first half he’ll go. We’ll just kind of play it by ear.

Surely they want expose the 50 MILLION dollard man to the second O-line.

Yes, that is true. And he did it for the entire game if I recall too.

Barron did shut him down on some points, but there were also some points where he would hold Allen and nothing was called.


Hmm, with Saffold it's going to be a lot different. Barron had the size and length to hold up against Allen's length. Saffold is a bit smaller, and less-lengthier and less experienced. We'll see on Saturday if Saffold can hold his own against one of the NFL's better lineman.
