Honestly I am scared of this game. Losing to Jacksonville would be the most embarrassing loss in a long time. This is the bye week team for everyone. However, we have been playing so bad that this game could actually be close. This is a MUST win, just to save us from being the laughing stock of the league.

Jaguars vs. Rams: St. Louis favored by 12 points in opening odds

    By Ryan Van Bibber @justRVB on Sep 30 2013, 9:47a 51

A visit by the Jaguars could be just what the Rams need.

The St. Louis Rams have been offering struggling teams a free tune up for the last three weeks, the perfect practice squad team. That could change in Week 5 when the Jacksonville Jaguars visit St. Louis. With less than a week to go before the game, the Rams are favored by 12 points, well, 11 1/2 really, according to Odds Shark.

The Jaguars opened as 7 1/2 point underdogs. That line moved to it's current 11 1/2 points following Jacksonville's 37-3 loss on Sunday to the Colts. That's how bad it is for Gus Bradley's team right now. At the current rate, the Jags are on pace to be record-setting 26-point underdogs to the Broncos in Week 6 (related, who the hell made Denver's schedule this year?).

A 12-point line says more about the Jaguars than the Rams, but don't laugh. St. Louis' record against the spread matches its place in the standings at 1-3. In fact, the Rams are 1-4 against the spread in their last five regular season games.

If ever there was a must-win game for the Rams, not getting humiliated at home by the Jacksonville Jaguars is it.

Did Vegas watch the Rams last two games? I can't see how the Rams can possibly be favored by anything more than a field goal against anyone in the NFL. IF the Rams somehow win, it will be close in the end. This team and it's coaching staff have no answers right now. I don't even know if I will watch this game. The thought of losing to a team like Jacksonville makes me ill.

You get 3 or so points for being the home team. Drew is going to run for 150 yards.

We will be fine against the Jags if the team can show up for more than one quarter in the game. Problem is, that's rarely happened this year

Jo-Lonn might have a different opinion. Our team needs a spark to feed off of. As luck would have it, J-Lonn's return may be an auspicious omen. He's proven he can make big plays at key moments. Momentum shifts can trump Xs & Os.

They got a lot of push up the middle which is right where we like to "pound" the rock.

MJD is still dangerous and we can't stop the run at all. Gabbert even had some moments but his receivers made some bad hands and the balls were tipped to defenders.

The Rams are BAD. The Jags won't be an easy win.
if the Bookies say the Rams are 11.5 favorites then I safely assume they are better then the Jags LOL
