Of course, can't actually sign till Friday, but agreed to terms. Will definitely improve our secondary. Familiar with Spags system per Eagles.

Softens the blow of losing OJ that's for sure, hey we finally have a safety who went to the Pro Bowl!
As much as I love Atogwe, he wasn't a "Spags guy". Went for the big play instead of the sure one. Not an expert on Mikell, but he seems like a "Spags guy".

Mikell is a better overall safety that Atogwe. One of my best friends is a diehard Eagles fan, he loves the guy. Big hitter, good in run support, doesn't have Atogwe's range or ballhawking skills. But probably a slight improvement overall at the position, and cheaper at that.

This is truly an excellent pick up. We needed this soo bad with the loss of Atogwe. Great move by the front office. Loving this FA period so far!
