This is a low risk-high reward signing. If he doesn't make it back it was worth a try. If he does make it he becomes by far the best receiver on the team. It's a no brainer for a team who most glaring weak spot is at wide receiver.

I see this as like many that have said low risk high reward. He has to come in and compete for a spot. If he does not look good he won't make it out of camp. I have read he was not ready last year and had a set back before he even got going. Let's see... I also would not mind sign Mark Clayton know how well he played with Sam in the first year on the same type of deal.
