That pass to Smith to get the drive going was a really nice throw, especially with a guy in his face.

The defender tripped and a wide open Smith had to dive for the ball to come up with it, so I'm not sure how great of a throw it was. But I do like that Sam stood strong in a pocket that was starting to collapse in on him to put it up there.

Looks that way, even on these long drops after play action. Again, it's mostly Baltimore's back-up unit, but any positive sign from our line is probably something to give a nod to, especially with Dahl out.

With a guy in his face (literally) and I believe a guy about to hit him from behind I'm not looking for a super accurate pass. However, in the past and with other QBs we've either seen total failure (sack) or a complete whiff or a pick.

Didn't know it was Baltimore's back-ups. That definitely changes things up, but I still like what I am seeing so far.

It was a huge positive play, I just think it was a much better catch than throw.

But as someone who had some concern about Sam's pocket presence and tentativeness after the Dallas game, I really enjoyed what he showed on that play.
