Re: Rams vs. Bucs Game Day Thread
Jax only needs 10 yards next week. Good game! Had some good drives, some impressive defensive plays, actually looked like a pretty good team overall. So much better than last year for sure.
Hopefully we can finish with a winning season next week!

Re: Rams vs. Bucs Game Day Thread
defense did what they needed to. Keep the points off the board. Doesn't matter if you give up the big play beforehand, as long as the points aren't on the board. Good win, might be my last this season since I'll be busy next week

Re: Rams vs. Bucs Game Day Thread
How about this? Janoris Jenkins is now tied with Lem Barney and Ronnie Lott for most interceptions returned for touchdowns in a season! We Rams fans know a thing or two about Lott, and Barney is a Hall of Famer. Is this foreshadowing I sense?

Re: Rams vs. Bucs Game Day Thread
Wanna hear something else awesome?
Barring a multi-touchdown day for a player in one of the late games, Jenkins now leads the NFL in touchdowns by a non-offensive player. How long's it been since we had a playmaker of his caliber?

Re: Rams vs. Bucs Game Day Thread
Again, the kid's a playmaker, but he blew a lot of coverges today that he got saved on because of dropped balls and bad throws. He's a gambler, no doubt about that.
Sometimes you when the gamble, sometimes you lose. When he loses, he loses badly. When he wins, it comes up aces.Faithful Rams fan since 1968

Hind site is 20/20. I cannot say what your thoughts were at the time, but most RAMS fans felt Fletcher was asking WAY more than he was worth. He had some good plays, but he also got beat a lot. IIRC, he wasn't much good outside of blitzing and short running game. I also seem to remember he took the same money to go play for the Bills. He just didn't want to resign with the RAMS.
