Rams vs. Chiefs Gameday Thread

seems like every week i see you on here crying about the refs. how about our guys play through it? how about we don't commit stupid penalties? don't blame the refs, that's lame.

When the officiating is as good a quality on the field as the players, then I'll quit complaining about it. Until the officials show me a balanced calling of penalties, I will call them on it every opportunity that I can. If you don't like it, don't read my posts.

Normally I don't complain much about the Refs, but even the announcers are talking about penalties they haven't called on the Chiefs. Like that big penalty we got called on us that sustained their scoring drive a few minutes ago was called after an even bigger block in the back by them that wasn't.

I've counted 5 huge penalties that they've missed.

This is the 2nd week in a row the Rams are playing a potential playoff team and it's the 2nd week the Rams show they're not ready to compete at that level. The Rams will be a legitimate contender next season or the one after that. Right now they're just not at that level.

This is completey ridiculous.

No one can catch, no one can block, no one can stop the run.

Yes we are. Only 84 total yds of offense by the Rams. You can't blame all of that on the refs.

No pump fake?! Bradford in every game, every snap has never pump faked.

You cant every play, but once and a while it can help.

Some funky calls, for sure, but some even funkier mistakes,imo. J. Smith is getting his rear kicked & Sam looks like one of those hits Smith allowed has either rattled or hurt him. He's been lucky not to get picked a couple of times.

Let's see we have the late hit on the Bradford. Announcers: "If you're Manning or Brady that get's called but Bradford you're just a rookie so you have to take it."

"Oh is that how it works?"

"Sure is."


Then we have the non-called PI:

"That could have been called illegal contact there or that hand there could have been pass interference."


Then the drive sustaining penalty:

"He shouldn't have done that on the sideline, but it shouldn't have mattered either because before that he got a huge block in the back that should have been called and wasn't."


There's three out of my five and all three have announcer comments about them.
