rams vs seahawks- A battle with new meaning

When the Rams play the Seahawks in st louis later this year, a game that was often critical in deciding the NFC West winner will take on new meaning. Specifically, it will be an epic struggle of pathetic teams with 2 wins each battling for a draft pick. Frankly, the loser of the game is probably better off than the winner.

With the #2 pick in the nfl draft, the Rams select OT Andre Smith, Alabama. Roll Tide.

Glad I backed out of the decision.

At this point they should just play for the best draft pick, hate to say that but it's true.

Reminds me of the Reggie Bush bowl a couple of years ago.

It's too bad we were torched by the Seahawks earlier this year. Or is that good?

You know the sad thing is they already beat us 37-13 my god how can we be this bad.

Maybe it will be the game where we actually show some slight progress...or we lose by a blowout...AGAIN and walk off the the Dome surrounded by people with pitchforks and torches.

This is bragging rights. I want to wipe the smirk off Hasselchoke's face once and for all, and let's send the Walrus out on a sour note...

We'd only waste it.

For the cost of a top 5 pick, I'd really like to see us win a few games to try and get up in the 8 to 10 draft pick range.

Worst case is we keep the pick, still get a great player, but don't pay through the nose. Best case, we can trade the pick down and get a few extra picks in the early to middle rounds. Lets face it, we need a lot of help.

the rams have screwed everything else up this season, they just might mess around and WiN this one...
