....and he still is terrible. Says alot about his talent level. Juices and still doesnt perform at a high level. When new coaches and management are bought in, good riddance Pettis.
i dont know what to say right now.
????
How can that be?
There are 3 possiblities here
1. The product is purely placebo, as evidenced by his subpar performances
2. The product actually is a retro enhancer, meaning the supplement actually decreases performance, as evidenced by his performance
or
3. Think of how much worse he'd be without it....
It just gets worse around Rams Park. When I see news like this, I just cant help but have "bust material" thoughts about Pettis. He will probably deny it to the hilt, but I will not be believing him.?
The Rams curse rears its ugly head again. This team just cannot get a break at the minute.:disapointed:
This is laughable... Seriously! Being a rookie and already getting caught into this.
So, he used drugs to make him run fas--- no, that can't be it.
Oh, so he could break more tack--- um, no... not that either.
Oh, I know, so his hands would be stronger so he would never dro-- err.... not so much.
What was the drug? Viagra?
Might be another David Vobora situation but we really can't catch a break can we? When a Rams player plays well, they either get injured, and now this? :<
I'm here for my daily kick in the teeth..
Thank you, sir! May I have another?
Thank you, sir! May I have another?
Repeat as indicated.....
We need a strong coaching staff next season to knock some heads around.

NFL suspends Rams' Pettis for 4 games
BY JIM THOMAS | Posted: Wednesday, December 21, 2011 3:48 pm
Rams wide receiver Austin Pettis has been suspended for four games for violating NFL rules on performance-enhancing substances. Pettis will miss the final two games of this season, and the first two games of next season, without pay.
Pettis is eligible to participate in all offseason and preseason practices and games.
A third-round pick out of Boise State last April, Pettis has appeared in 12 games with three starts. Because of injuries he has been the team's No. 3 wideout over much of the second half of the season.
He's currently tied for fourth on the squad in receptions (27), good for 256 yards, with no touchdowns. He also has returned 15 punts for 139 yards.
Without Pettis, the Rams still have Brandon Lloyd, Danario Alexander, and Brandon Gibson available. Nick Miller and Dominque Currey also are on the roster at wide receiver, and the team could promote John Chiles from the practice squad.
Makes Justin blackmon a more viable pick now..
Who cares. This seasons done. Next year he shouldn't see the field with Danny and Salas back.
Wow....Now he can't even have a good game without people speculating. That's gotta suck. But alas, I feel vindicated for thinking "this is not a good pick", when we drafted him in the 3rd round.
