Doubtful. I'm not at all sure if Pettis was chasing women that with his 4.65 forty he could even catch one. Heck, many of 'em can run at least a 4.5...some in heels too.

How fast does he run in a game for a ball? That is all I care about. I am pretty sure Jerry Rice did not have blazing "timed speed" but I saw enough of him to know that during game, he was fast.

That's about the same (or faster) than Jerry Rice and Larry Fitzgerald. So yea, if he has the skills and drive, a 4.55 is not a deal-breaker.

Hell yeah I'll take blackmon if he ran a slow forty.. he has physical things you can't teach. He has a great mentality and can jump .. I also love how he doesn't mind going through the middle
