Rank the D least to greatest expected productivity at each position
Copy and rank the D by the least to greatest expected productivity at each position on D. Based on all players being healthy.
This ranking is NOT NEED it is LEAST Productive for the posistion played.
My Ranking least to greatest in the following order.
DT Kennedy
DT Glover/Wrotten
LB Chris Draft/Chillar
SS Chavous
FS Atogwe
CB Hill
CB Brown
DE Hall
LB Tinoisamoa
LB Witherspoon
DE Little
IMO Draft should be ahead of Chillar although Chillar fits the mold better. If Draft is considered undersized and does not start then I would move the duo right below Kennedy for 2nd worse productivity from the position. I just do not see a whole lot of good in Chillar.Last edited by RamsSB99; -04-11-2007 at 11:22 PM. Reason: Clarification

Re: Rank the D least to greatest expected productivity at each position
IIRC, didn't Chavous have 86 tackles for us last year? I can't think of how many 8-10 yard runs that he put a stop to as a last resort to prevent a HUGE gain ....
I've said this before, but player production isn't necessarily indicative of performance. If WR A plays every down and catches 45 passes for 650 yards and 7 TD's and WR B only plays third down and caught 39 passes for 570 yards and 5 TD's, by the numbers, which WR was more PRODUCTIVE? WR A. Which WR performed better? Clearly WR B.
And why is everyone so down on Chillar? This guy is 24 years old, has prototypical SLB size, and showed significant improvement last year over his rookie year. I consistently hear how Chillar needs to be replaced, but have yet to hear an argument as to why ...

Re: Rank the D least to greatest expected productivity at each position
IMO Chillar is an average player, who I wouldn't mind being upgraded but we certinly have more pressing needs on the defense. He isn't that bad,but isn't that great either like I say a decent average player.I don't think everyone is down on him nobody is saying he is the reason we got slashed on defense last year, but my knock on him is that milk turns faster than him..
